TransEsperance Trial Bus Service
From July 4, three new TransEsperance bus services will commence a 12 month trial. These services were designed following community consultation with the aim of improving public transport access to the town centre and surrounding suburbs.
The new routes, which will operate from Monday to Friday, are outlined below:
- Route 810 between Nulsen and Esperance
- Route 811 between Castletown and Esperance
- Route 812 between West Beach and Esperance
For more information and timetables, please speak to your driver or visit pta.wa.gov.au/our-services/transregional
While the trial will run for a year, passenger numbers will be reviewed regularly – particularly at the six-month mark – to determine whether adjustments to the routes are needed. At the end of the trial period, consistent patronage will determine the trial’s success and its continuation.
For information regarding the service including timetable or SmartRider enquiries please call (08) 9072 1717 or visit the TransEsperance Retail Sales Outlet at 86 Norseman Road, Esperance.
